Cancellation policy

What you're signing up for

When you choose Subscribe and save 15% on a product, you're starting a recurring subscription. You pay 15% less than the one-time price, and we charge you the same amount again every month until you cancel. Your first charge happens when you place your order, and each renewal is charged to the payment method you used at checkout, plus any applicable tax. Shipping within the US is free.

Each renewal order ships within 1–3 business days of being charged.

How to cancel

You can cancel online anytime, on your own, in a few clicks. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of orders.

Click the account icon at the top of our website and sign in with the email address you used to order.
Click Subscriptions in your account menu. (You can also click Manage subscription on your order.)
Select your subscription and choose Cancel subscription.

From the same page you can also pause your subscription, skip an upcoming order, or update your shipping address and payment method.

We'll email you a reminder 3 days before each renewal charge, with a link to manage your subscription. To stop your next charge, cancel before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund orders that were already charged, but those orders can still be returned under our refund policy.

Price changes

If the price of your subscription ever changes, we'll email you before you're charged the new price, so you have time to cancel if you'd like.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll email you and try again up to 3 more times, 7 days apart. If the payment still can't be collected, your subscription will be cancelled and we'll let you know by email.

Returns, damaged or lost orders

Subscription orders follow our refund policy: unopened, unused items can be returned within 60 days of delivery. If an order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, email SecondBloomSkin@proton.me with your order number and we'll make it right.
